Cornbread pans are one of the most popular pieces I make. They are a versatile baking dish. The tower in the center helps cook from the center out, so no more soggy middles. These pans will bake more than cornbread. I put spouts on each side so that if you want to make meat loaf, you can pour off the grease. Just spray with Pam or oil the pan before using. Make sure you always start them in a cold oven. When finished, pop it in the dishwasher. I have had lots of return customers buying these for gifts. Along with the pan, you get a cornbread recipe.
